How does it work?

To start a Pomodoro session, click the start button and begin working on your chosen task.

During the session, stay focused on your work and avoid any distractions.

Once the session is over, take a short 5-minute break to rest and recharge.

Repeat this cycle of work and break until you have completed 4 Pomodoro sessions, then take a longer break of 15 to 30 minutes.
